ERP selection for apparel brands

Most ERP selections go wrong before a demo is ever booked, because the requirements were written from what the current system does rather than what the business needs next. We write the requirements, run the process, and help you choose the system that fits.

When a brand is actually ready

The trigger is rarely revenue. It is the number of places the same number has to be entered by hand. Once inventory lives in one system, orders in another, and the warehouse in a third, the reconciliation work grows faster than the business does. That is the point where an ERP pays for itself, and not much before it.

What to evaluate, and what to ignore

Evaluate how the system handles your actual order patterns: split shipments, retailer-specific requirements, style-colour-size matrices, and returns. Ignore feature-count comparisons and demo polish. Ask every vendor to run your own data through their system rather than showing you theirs, and watch what breaks.
