Operators, not generalists.

We work on the operational half of apparel — the systems, processes, people and cash that decide whether a good season becomes a durable business.

Where we come from

Built on apparel experience, not a consulting framework.

Our work is grounded in decades inside the apparel industry, concentrated in California and New York, where most of the country's wholesale apparel business actually runs.

We have seen how showroom orders, retailer mandates and production calendars collide, and what it takes to keep that collision from costing you margin. That is a different kind of knowledge from a methodology learned in a classroom and applied to whatever industry walks through the door.

It also means we know the difference between a problem worth spending money on and one that will resolve itself next season.

Creativity without discipline creates excess inventory. Discipline without creativity creates a company customers stop caring about.
How we work

Four things that shape every engagement.

Assessment before recommendation

Every engagement opens by mapping the operation as it actually runs and baselining the numbers. You keep the findings whether or not you hire us for the remediation.

The right fit, not the easy one

We will not put you on a system that does not fit. If the right answer for your operation is a competitor's product, or keeping what you already have, that is what we will tell you.

We are not a staffing firm

We do not resell software and we do not place contractors. We advise, run selection processes, and hold vendors to what they sold.

We come back and check

Engagements run as a loop. After a fix goes in, we re-measure against the original baseline so both of us find out whether the work was worth what you paid.

Tell us where it's breaking.

Book a short call and describe the problem in your own words. If it is not a fit, we will say so.
